Assigning Subscriptions

To assign subscriptions in WordFlight, use the Student Subscriptions page. This will move the students from Screener to System.

 Move students from the Screener to the WordFlight System 

Use this process when a student has completed the WordFlight Screener and you are ready to move them into the WordFlight System. Once the student is moved, they can log in and begin the WordFlight Pre-Diagnostic.

Before you begin

Before moving a student, review their Screener results and confirm that the student should begin using the WordFlight System.

Move a student into the WordFlight System

  1. Log in to the Management Site.
    Sign in with your username and password at https://management.wordflight.com/login, or log in through Clever or ClassLink.
  2. Open Enroll.
    In the menu on the left, click Enroll.
  3. Select Student Subscriptions.
    Click Student Subscriptions.
  4. Choose the student.
    Find the student you want to move, then select the checkbox next to their name.
  5. Click Save.
    As soon as you click Save, the student is moved into the WordFlight System.
  6. Have the student log in.
    Once moved, the student can log in and begin the WordFlight Pre-Diagnostic.

Undo a move

If the student has not logged in and started the Pre-Diagnostic, you can reverse the move:

  1. Return to Student Subscriptions.
  2. Clear the checkbox next to the student’s name.
  3. Click Save.

Important note

After a student logs in and begins the Pre-Diagnostic, the move cannot be undone.
